This Privacy Policy explains how Articol Creative, Inc., a Texas corporation ("Articol Creative," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website at thearticol.com, our online store, our client portals, and related services (the "Platform"). It also describes your rights, including under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), and other applicable United States laws.
Information you give us. Your name, email address, and any message or details you share through a form, a booking, a client portal, or a Trust Wall submission. If you place an order, your shipping address and order details. If you leave your email on a product waitlist or the Trust Wall, that email.
Payment information. Card and billing details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and how you use the Platform. We use limited local storage in your browser (for example, to remember which pages you have already viewed, and your cart), and our hosting and security provider may process request data to keep the Platform running and to prevent abuse.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for example, joining a waitlist); performance of a contract (fulfilling an order); our legitimate interests (running, securing, and improving the Platform); and legal obligations (such as tax and accounting).
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Platform, under agreements that require them to protect it:
